ICT Specialist and Information Security expert, Perpétus Jacques Houngbo has extensive experience assessing IT systems and processes, IT Strategy Development & Programme Management. He uses to work for diverse clients: government, private companies and international organizations. He is more and more engaged in the field of cybersecurity. As such, Perpétus Jacques Houngbo is member of AfricaCERT where he served for several years as Instructor. He is presently Cybersecurity Expert at West African Response on Cybersecurity and fight against Cybercrime (OCWAR–C).
